Had lunch here and everything was great. I had chicken pesto sandwich, French onion soup, and truffle fries were delicious and flavorful. The banana latte was perfectly sweet. The restaurant was clean and inviting, with friendly service. Validated parking was also very convenient. Great lunch spot—I’d definitely return!

Really happy to have discovered this place! PERFECT for brunch as they have massive amount of food AND coffee options in one place with lots of seating options! The service was wonderful and they also have self service option! Can’t wait to come back and bring my girls over! PS there’s 24 minute parking out front and they also validate! Loved the banana bread latte and breakfast burrito!

We had a wonderful experience at Rafael’s and Mad Coffee. The customer service was outstanding from the moment we walked in, and both the food and drinks were excellent. I had the avocado toast, which was fresh, flavorful, and very tasty. My husband ordered the chicken and waffles, and they were absolutely amazing. For drinks, he had a vanilla latte and I had a chai tea latte — both were delicious and made perfectly. The atmosphere, quality, and friendly service made this a place we will definitely return to. Highly recommend!

Absolute hidden Gem in Santa Ana! This was my third visit to Rafael’s Kitchen in the last month, and they continue to absolutely knock it out of the park. Having tried their dinner recently, where I had a pizza that was flat-out delicious. I was excited to finally check out their breakfast menu on this latest trip. I ordered the Santa Ana breakfast burrito, and it was fantastic. The flavors were spot on, especially when paired with their incredible green salsa, which had the perfect kick. My colleague ordered the strawberry pancakes, and they were outstanding, fluffy, fresh, and perfectly done. What really elevated the entire experience, though, was the service. Our server Ari was absolutely great and so incredibly sweet. From the moment we sat down, Ari was attentive, kept our drinks filled, and brought amazing energy and personality to the table. It’s rare to find service that is both highly professional and genuinely warm, but Ari made us feel incredibly welcome. Whether you are stopping in for an amazing dinner or a delicious breakfast, this place delivers. I will definitely be back soon, huge thanks to the kitchen and to Ari for a wonderful morning!

This is easily the BEST BREAKFAST I’ve ever had. We showed up after the airport hungry and tired. We didn’t know they typically only took reservations and we had a party of 14. They shared that were understaffed, but they were able to get us sat down quickly despite it all. Our server Ari was very helpful in recommending options and was so kind and friendly. Our food came out super quick and I gasped…. My jaw was on the floor. Everything was GORGEOUS AND DELICIOUS. Every flavor that hit my tongue was heavenly. I had the veggie omelette combo and the French toast and all I can say is YUM YUM YUM. Thank you for starting our trip off right. Thank you to Ari and the whole staff. I will be dreaming about this meal for the rest of my life.
